St. Thomas Episcopal Church
We are a welcoming community of faith and love that serves one another and seeks to draw others to God through our ministries.
Ministries
St. Thomas is a vibrant church with opportunities for fellowship, formation, missions and music.

Fellowship
As St. Thomas, we love to spend time together in Christian fellowship through monthly Wednesday Night Suppers during the academic year, Hospitality time on Sunday mornings at 11:00 AM and with special events throughout the year. Some of those events include Holy Crab, CAST, Tour of Homes.
We also have a Men's Fellowship Group and the St. Martha's Guild (our women's group).
Formation
EYC - (Episcopal Youth Community) grades 6-12th, meets on Sundays from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm throughout the academic year. If you are interested in attending EYC, contact Olivia Kate Castleberry.
Children's Chapel - ages Kindergarten through 5th grade. Each Sunday, the youth are led by the cross out of the church and into the chapel during our 10:00 am service. Here the youth learn about the week's Gospel, are taught about elements of the church service, and participate in fun games and crafts. They return to the church during the announcements.
Nursery - We offer weekly nursery care for kids 4 and under during our 10:00 am service. Our nursery is staffed each week with two adults.
Vacation Bible School is offered each summer for rising pre-K-5th graders.
Adults - throughout the year there are several offerings for adult formation especially during Lent and Advent.
Women Sharing Wisdom - meet the first and third Monday of the month.
Women's Bible Study - meet Tuesdays at 11:00 am.
Cursillo Reunion Groups - meet monthly.

Missions
Outreach Committee - Each month the committee chooses an underserved organization in the community as a parish-wide focus to donate our time and resources. We partner with various agencies throughout the year to provide canned food, school supplies, toys for adults at Christmas, etc. For more information contact Rev. Colette.
St. Thomas Thrift Store - located on 1126 East Montgomery Crossroads. Business hours are 10:00 am-2:00 pm Monday through Friday. The Thrift Store is a non-profit organization run completely by volunteers who collect and sell donations of housewares, clothing, furniture, collectibles, etc. Proceeds from the store provide grants up to $50,000 to local organizations in the community.
Unseen Guests - This group gathers monthly and prepares over 200 meals each month. Meals are given to the Phoenix House of Union mission, a housing program for those living with HIV/AIDS that also offers short-term rental and utility assistance. .
Plarning - Mondays at 11:00 am, we meet to "plarn" - crocheting mats out of plastic yarn. The mats are then donated to the unsheltered living in the area, so they can have a barrier between them and the ground when sleeping.
